• Receive incoming calls and accurately record customer information and service requests
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity, ensuring timely response

• Document all service activities, including resolutions and follow-up actions, in the company database
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image
