Logistics Analyst II
A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.
Enhance product workflow by analyzing and supporting logistics plans affecting production, distribution, and inventory to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost within the Medical Logistics field.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Logistics Analyst II: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Logistics Analyst II Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting logistics planning across production, distribution, and inventory activities
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating procedures for distribution and inventory management
  • Tracking inventory performance (stock levels, turns, shortages, expirations) and reporting results
  • Assisting with discrepancy research and reconciliation (receipts, issues, adjustments, cycle counts)
  • Coordinating with internal customers and vendors to support delivery schedules and service levels
  • Identifying basic process improvements that reduce costs and improve responsiveness
  • Working under general supervision and escalating risks/issues as needed
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Logistics Analyst II Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Average experience is 4 years in medical logistics, supply chain, distribution, inventory, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with standard medical logistics concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to use judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals with limited oversight
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Office suite (Word®, Outlook®, Excel®)
  • Ability to learn and operate inventory/logistics systems (ERP/WMS/proprietary tools)
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
