Description

Founded in 2006, we specialize in cybersecurity, information assurance, systems engineering, enterprise IT and network support, C4ISR, and software development, with internal R&D in extended reality (XR)-including VR, AR, and MR-for training and simulation.

Envision is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees, coordinates, and manages freight, supply, and production logistics to maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluates and identifies methods and procedures to optimize and streamline production processes.
  • Tracks and monitors supply and delivery data.
  •  Performs data analysis to identify trends and maximize efficiency opportunities.
  • Manages and coordinates production runs to meet optimal supply and demand needs.
  • Processes and reviews, vendor invoices and freight claims to ensure cost efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • 3 plus years' experience in logistics, including freight coordination, inventory tracking, and production planning
  • Experience with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and freight claims management

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Experience with logistics or ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with DoD or government logistics processes and regulations
  • Strong data analysis skills to monitor delivery performance, identify trends, and improve efficiency

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret / Top Secret Preferred.


The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000.00-$79,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories
