About FlightSafety International FlightSafety International is the world's premier professional aviation training company and supplier of flight simulators, visual systems and displays to commercial, government and military organizations. FlightSafety operates the world's largest fleet of advanced full-flight simulators and award-winning maintenance training at Learning Centers and training locations in the United States, Canada, France and the United Kingdom.

Purpose of Position The Master Scheduler (MS) will lead the development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for FlightSafety Defense programs, and is part of Business Operations team that supports Program Management, Business Development, and the Operations staff. Tasks and Responsibilities Responsible for developing detailed logically linked schedules and maintaining weekly status for multiple projects. Evaluates project critical paths and tracks project schedule metric data.

Coordinates with program managers, project managers, engineers, and other employees on schedule development and maintenance. Works with Program Control Account Manager to collect and manager earnved value data relative to program shcedule. Tracks IMS Contract Data Requirements List and ensures all contracted data deliverables are met.

Prepares all documentation/presentations reequired for internal functions. Prepares and delivers monthly schedule file. Develops and publishes routine, special-purpose and custom reports for program personnel using scheudling software.

Incorporates approved Schedule Change Requests and other authorized changes as required. Maintains detailed log of changes. Supports the planning and development of change proposals and analyzes potential impacts on schedule network and dates.

Prepares and maintains composite top-level scheduling using automated scheduling techniques. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum Experience 5 to 7 years of experience in project development/scheduling and EVM. Experience in Government contracting is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Expert level knowledge and experience with DoD Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, maintenance, and enhancement, with ability to reflect and defend traceability between the two documents and all relevant contractual documents Strong knowledge and experience in the development and maintenance of time-phased logically connected, resource loaded program schedules and networks and be able to explain them to the detail level Defines, estimates, and interrelates detailed tasks, work packages, and summary tasks into a logically connected network defining the work schedule to be accomplished for contract execution Detailed knowledge of the DCMA 14 Point analysis process desirable. Works closely with technical subject matter experts. Earned value management knowledge and experience, preferably in schedule development and program management.

Expert level knowledge and experience with designing and performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) per DoD guidelines on contractual IMS products. Manipulates schedule and SRA products in order to plan, anticipate, and identify risks to program management and engineering staff and support risk mitigation activities Extensive hands on experience and certification in Microsoft Project or Primavera. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to sit, use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

The teammate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The teammate must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
