Location: Remote

Job Types: Full-time, Contract


Position Overview:

  • Facilitates and administers virtual and onsite IMCOM Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) training courses
  • Coordinates with Areli managers, other facilitators, IMCOM proponents and COR, and subject matter experts (SME) to organize virtual courses and incorporate course updates
  • Creates and edits course material utilizing Microsoft Office Products

Responsibilities and Duties:


This position requires work with multiple instructors, government course proponents, and SMEs and managers to facilitate and update IMCOM DPW courses for virtual and self-paced instruction. Student demographics include government professionals of varying experience. This position requires utilization of Microsoft Teams as a virtual collaboration and instruction platform. Facilitator tasks require professional interaction, correspondence, and virtual platform troubleshooting. Proficiency in public speaking and/or instruction is required for this high visibility position.

Requirements:

Required:

  • Requires travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations to facilitate onsite course instruction.
  • Ability to work remotely, logically organize material, and successfully facilitate virtual training courses and content
  • 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication
  • Consistent and reliable time management skills
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various time zones (0600-2300)
  • Proficiency in professional utilization of video conferencing tools including Microsoft Teams
  • Outstanding customer service skills with briefing/public speaking experience
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain suitability requirements for access to classified information.

Preferred:

  • Prior Army DPW experience
  • Current or recent Common Access Card (CAC) holders
  • Previous training or instruction experience
  • ADDIE course development and ELM instruction model familiarization
