All Source Analyst Watch Floor Senior-Level:
Job Description:
  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Provides intelligence support to 24 x 7, 365 day-a-year Intelligence Watch position in support of J2/Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) as required.
  • Assists the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer to understand, manage, and mitigate incidents on the DoDIN.
  • Manage and disseminate daily single source reporting related to USCYBERCOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
  • Develops and disseminates brief books, alerts, and briefing slides.
  • Updates, maintains and posts intelligence products on USCYBERCOM /J2 websites on the NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, NSANet and other networks as required.
  • Monitors adversaries and threats, providing contextual analysis of findings, and conducting data transfer authority duties.
  • Uses intelligence database and tools, to include Palantir, Cyber Common Operating Picture (CyberCOP), Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, Automated Message Handling System, WISE Information Management System, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote.
  • Supports USCYBERCOM Defense Warning Program efforts.
  • Develops, manages and updates threat indicators and levels for specified cyber threat entities.
  • Monitors daily traffic, databases, and tools for indicators and new threat trends and report when indicators or threat levels change.
  • Reports and briefs changes in indicators and threat levels, as required.
  • Provides support to meetings related to assigned area of responsibility, including meetings within the Command or held at other government or cleared defense contractor facilities.
  • Travel may be required.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge of the concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the specified labor category description.

  • Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
  • Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.

Education and Experience:
Required
  • Bachelors degree and eight (8) years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
  • No experience substitute for education.

The ideal Candidate will have:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
