Requirements

We are seeking a Front Desk Office Assistant to provide support for our Legal Assistant team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of law office experience, preferably with Insurance Defense. Strong front desk skills are essential, including answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, saving and profiling documents in a case management system, sending subpoenas via certified mail, logging returned green cards, e-filing, processing invoices, opening new case assignments, and assisting with closing and final billing of files. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
