Looking for a reliable local CDL-A job where you get to sleep in your own bed after every shift? We're hiring drivers for our dedicated grocery fleet in Southwest Florida. Whether you're an experienced driver or just starting out, this is a great fit if you want a predictable daily routine and solid weekly pay.

This role centers on steady retail store deliveries, keeping you moving on regional loops across Southwest Florida without the burnout of being away from home.

The Details at a Glance
  • Earnings: $0.43 to $0.51 per mile (based on experience), plus an extra $30 per load under 90 miles and $10 per completed stop. Drivers average around $1,300 gross per week (~$67,600 annually), with extra driver performance bonus potential.
  • The Work: Delivering local grocery freight with live unloads at retail stores. You'll run roughly 2 runs per day logging ~2,200 miles per week, operating clean slip-seat daycabs shared with opposite-shift drivers.
  • Schedule: Dedicated Night Shift, 100% local. Clock out and head straight back to your own home every single day.
