These roles allow healthcare facilities to maintain patient care without interruption. Locum urologists perform the same duties as permanent staff, including diagnosing and treating conditions of the urinary tract and male reproductive organs. This work can offer flexibility, varied experiences, and sometimes higher pay compared to permanent roles.
