Physician - OB/GYN | Locum Tenens | Cincinnati, OH

We are seeking a Locum Tenens OB/GYN Physician to join a well-established hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Position Details
  • Position Type: Locum Tenens
  • Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Location: Cincinnati, OH
  • Facility Type: Inpatient Hospital
  • Location Type: Metropolitan
  • Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:0 AM)
  • Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing)
  • End Date: Ongoing through transition in Q1 2027
Overview
  • Patient Population: Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient Hospital
  • Responsibilities: Provide laborist coverage including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, emergency gynecologic surgeries, ED GYN coverage, practice call coverage, daily patient rounding, discharges, and collaboration with certified nurse midwives.
  • Patient Volume: Approximately 0-6 patients per shift
  • EMR System: Epic (Stork)
  • Coverage Model: 12-hour in-house shifts; providers must remain onsite for the entire shift. Multiple consecutive 24-hour periods may be scheduled by combining day and night shifts.
  • Call Requirements: GYN call while on shift
