Job description

Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse

The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The unit has a capacity of 242 beds and is designated as a Level II Trauma center. The RN will participate in an average of 2 lab cases per day. The shift schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. On-call requirements range from 7 to 10 days in a 5-week cycle. The charting system used is Epic. No BSN degree is required for this position. The hospital reserves the right to cancel up to 4 shifts during a 13-week assignment. Candidates must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications to be considered. Experience in a cardiac catheterization lab is preferred. This role requires strong communication and clinical skills. The environment is fast-paced, and the candidate must be able to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
