To thrive as a Locum RN Circulator, you need a current RN license, solid perioperative nursing experience, and comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures. Familiarity with operating room equipment, electronic health records, and adherence to infection control protocols is essential. Strong communication, adaptability, and quick decision-making skills help you integrate smoothly into different surgical teams and environments. These abilities ensure patient safety, efficient surgical workflows, and high-quality care in diverse and fast-changing clinical settings.
