Practice Setting: Outpatient ยท
Types of Cases: cataract surgery and cataract surgery with Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) ยท
Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days ยท
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Nextgen and Forum ยท
Certifications Required: must be board certified and have a Glaucoma Fellowship ยท
Licensure Required: time to license for Iowa and Illinois
