Job description

489 bed, level 1 trauma facility in Urbana, IL is looking for locum anesthesiology coverage. Must have current Illinois license or IMLC.
Monday-Friday day shift (6:30a-4:30p); full time Available assignment lengths include: At least 1 full week per month 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month assignments
Standard scope of practice by a General Anesthesiologist, such as nerve blocks and epidurals. Includes supervision of CRNAs. Typical ratio is 1:4 but we have an experienced team of CRNAs (teams for peds, OB, and heart) Locum will cover in the main ORs, No call responsibilities associated with this locum need.
Department is inclusive of 15 MDA's and 60 CRNA's.
