Responsibilities
  • Identify and duplicate keys accurately.
  • Diagnose and resolve lock issues for both commercial and residential clients.
  • Perform rekeying services and install new lock systems.
  • Repair and service safes, ensuring security and functionality.
  • Install and maintain access control and electronic hardware systems.
  • Create and duplicate automotive keys.
  • Develop and manage master key systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and presenting information effectively.
  • Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
  • Honest, dependable, and driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while being open to coaching and learning.
  • Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality.
  • Intermediate knowledge of personal computers and mobile devices.
  • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in locksmithing.
  • Flexible schedule availability, typically between 8 am to 8 pm, with some overtime as needed.

Compensation
