Customer Service Representative / DispatcherGaithersburg Garage Doors | Rockville, MD

Home Service Experience Preferred | Hiring Immediately

Have you worked in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, roofing, restoration, appliance repair, pest control, landscaping, or another fast-paced home service business?

If you're experienced at managing busy phone lines, coordinating technicians, scheduling appointments, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process, we'd love to meet you.

Gaithersburg Garage Doors is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and enjoys helping customers while keeping technicians productive.

What You'll Do

You'll serve as the communication hub between our customers and field technicians by:

  • Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician routes
  • Dispatching technicians while balancing priority and efficiency
  • Communicating appointment updates and arrival times
  • Following up with customers regarding completed work and service questions
  • Assisting customers through phone, email, and text
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Supporting technicians with job information and schedule changes
  • Identifying opportunities for additional services when appropriate
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through job completion

We're Looking For Someone With

2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience in a home service or field service environment.

Experience in industries such as:
