Job Summary

We're looking for motivated, dependable, and hands-on individuals to join our growing team as Full-Time Locksmith Technicians.

If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being on the road instead of sitting behind a desk, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in a growing industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial locks, hardware, and security devices.
  • Respond promptly to emergency lockout and service calls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot lock and security system issues using specialized locksmith equipment.
  • Rekey locks, repair damaged hardware, and perform lock replacements.
  • Recommend security upgrades based on customers' needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate job records and inventory.
  • Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition.
  • Work independently while staying in communication with dispatch and team members.
  • Follow company safety standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to and from work.
  • Must own a basic set of hand and power tools (drill, drill bits, screwdrivers, grinder, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn new skills and continue professional development.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
