The Locker Room Attendant position is responsible for ensuring the member experience in the locker rooms exceeds expectations in all aspects, including cleanliness, service, and attention to detail. In addition, the person in this position will assist with setting up and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of any banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas.


As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation.  

Requirements

Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Required Education and Experience

  • Desire to perform work at a high level with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage time well.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience in a similar environment preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base hourly earnings $15-$18.
  • Uniform shirt provided.
  • Complimentary employee meals.
  • Use of Woodhill's exceptional facilities (golf course, pool, and tennis courts) on Mondays.
