Position Opening: Treasury Support Specialist
Department: Deposit Operations
Location: Wichita, KS
Status: FT / Hourly

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Works closely with the Bank's customers in a professional and responsive manner to meet the customers' needs
  • Learn, understand, and support bank supported products including but not limited to: business online banking, RDC, ACH, wires, lockbox, installing/downloading PC software, etc.
  • Provide review and underwriting of business customers' needs for their cash flow transactions with the Bank
  • Support Electronic Payments and Treasury Management team and bank locations by completing set up documentation for various products, including but not limited to underwriting requests
  • Performs customer setups and training on multiple platforms and systems; interacts with software vendors to handle systems or customer support issues
  • Diagnose and problem-solve technical issues over the phone and via email
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members, management, auditors, and other officials
  • Other duties as assigned

Compliance/Regulation: Responsible for following all aspects of Bank Policy's including but not limited to, Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, and Bank Secrecy Act, and completing all required Compliance Course work.
Required Skills & Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of financial services industry experience preferred
  • Strong PC skills to include proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously
