Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Oracle EBS Finance and Cost Accounting functional lead to support and improve finance processes. The incumbent will partner with Finance and IT teams, translate business needs into functional solutions, and drive practical improvements across Record-to-Report value stream.
What You'll Do
  • Own hands-on functional support for Oracle EBS Finance, Record-to-Report, and Cost Accounting processes
  • Configure and support Oracle EBS modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA etc.
  • Support cost updates, cost rollups, WIP-to-GL reconciliations, period close, journal validation, and finance reporting needs
  • Gather requirements, create functional specifications, support testing, maintain documentation, and partner with technical teams on integrations and reporting.
  • Analyze production issues, identify root causes, work with Oracle Support when needed, and deliver sustainable fixes and enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, user experience, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance functional experience, preferably in complex manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of accounting flows across subledgers, General Ledger, Cost Management, Inventory, Order Management, and related finance integrations
  • Ability to use SQL for analysis and work with BI Publisher, OTBI, Power BI, dashboards, financial reports, reconciliations, and data extracts
  • Proven experience with configuration, fit-gap analysis, functional design, test case creation, production support, and post-release stabilization
  • Experience supporting interfaces and third-party integrations such as bank statements, lockbox, payments, credit cards, tax, and data migration
  • Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and external vendors

This role is critical for finance operations and continuous improvement. The right person will help ensure Oracle EBS supports accurate close processes, costing, reconciliations, reporting, controls, and compliance in a regulated medical technology environment.
Location: Princeton, NJ or Irvine, CA. hybrid schedule - in office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Monday and Friday.

Salary Pay Range:
$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary
