Job Description

The Data Integrity Specialist position is responsible for reviewing and correcting data extracted by the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process used by hospitals, clinics, doctor’s offices, and lockbox operations as it moves through the RMS data processing platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain data entry requirements by following program protocols
  • Audit customer data for accuracy; make necessary adjustments
  • Comply with HIPAA guidelines as outlined in the RMS HIPAA Security and Compliance Policy
  • Contribute to balancing teams’ effort to accomplish daily goals, fulfill workloads, and meet individual goals
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
