Job Description

Schedule: The standard schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This Operations Manager role supports the National Lockbox operation in Earth City. The individual will lead a team of direct reports and oversee daily payment processing operations, ensuring work is completed accurately and within established timelines. Key responsibilities include managing operational overflow, monitoring employee performance through scorecards, and handling day-to-day administrative and leadership duties. This role requires strong people management, operational oversight, and the ability to support a fast-paced payment processing environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
- Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
