National Health Care Associates, provider of high-quality long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services with over 40 skilled nursing facilities in the Northeast and New England, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Valley Stream, on the border of Queens and Nassau County. What You'll Do:

The Treasury Analyst supports the company's cash management, banking operations, and liquidity forecasting functions at the corporate level, working across a multi-state, multi-site facility structure. This role is responsible for daily cash positioning, short-term forecasting, payment processing oversight, and covenant compliance reporting tied to the company's credit facility. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, comfort working with high transaction volumes across many operating entities, and familiarity with healthcare or other similar operating environments.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • Experience with banking operations: account structures, sweep accounts, zero-balance accounts, and lockbox processing.
  • Familiarity with payment types: wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
  • Understanding of credit facility mechanics: revolving credit agreement structures, borrowing base calculations, and covenant requirements.
  • ERP system experience and familiarity with BAI file reconciliation processes
  • Workday experience is required
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling for cash forecasting).
  • Ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately across multiple legal entities/locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multi-site or multi-entity operating company (healthcare, senior living, hospitality).
  • Exposure to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement cycles or healthcare Accounts Receivable is a plus, though not required.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; will consider Finance or Economics.
