The Regional Sr Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3-4 divisions to drive community awareness and customer engagement. This role will serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, corporate digital marketing functions and local division field teams, ensuring divisional sales goals are met with alignment across digital advertising, content, events, field marketing, and partner initiatives.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager, who is the point of contact (POC), owner and driver of
  • integrated marketing plans, to enforce and ensure alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead the development of strategic creative briefs for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with
  • divisional goals and national brand strategy.
  • Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all
  • channels, aligning timing and messaging to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Oversee and guide the development and localization of marketing assets, signage, events,
  • sponsorships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen regional brand presence.
  • Lead and partner with National strategy teams to interpret campaign performance and regional
  • market insights, using data to optimize marketing plans and drive results.
  • Lead, enforce and uphold brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints within the region,
  • ensuring adherence to national standards and guidelines.
  • Monitor and enhance cross-functional collaboration between Marketing Field Coordinators and
  • Regional Integrated Marketing Specialists.

Your Toolbox
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-
  • facing industries preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across
  • various communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal
  • teams and sales teams.
  • Resourceful and solution oriented.
  • Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes.
  • Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $67,400.00 - $84,300, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
