Position Summary

Our stateoftheart semiconductor manufacturing plant relies on flawless water and wastewater treatment systems to keep the Fab running without interruption. As a Project Manager for the Water Department, you'll own the full lifecycle of capital projects ranging from system upgrades to large-scale sustainability systems, from concept, design, and permitting through construction, commissioning, and handover. You'll supervise engineering and construction contractors, and coordinate with Production, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Finance Teams, driving schedules, budgets, and quality to deliver worldclass watertreatment facilities that underpin our fab's reliability, resiliency, and sustainability goals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Overseeallphasesofmajorwaterinfrastructurecapitalprojectsfromplanninganddesignthroughconstructionandcommissioning.

  • Developprojectscopes,schedules,budgets,andprocurementstrategies.

  • Coordinateprojectactivitieswithoperationsstafftominimizeimpactstowatersystemreliabilityandcustomerservice.

  • Monitorprojectprogressandensuremilestones,budgettargets,andqualitystandardsareachieved.

  • Leadstakeholderengagementeffortsandmaintaineffectivecommunicationwithinternalandexternalpartners.

  • Reviewandapproveprojectdocumentation,engineeringreports,contractdocuments,andchangeorders.

  • Conductsitevisits,progressinspections,andprojectmeetingstoensuresuccessfulexecution.

  • Provideleadershipinthedeliveryofcomplexinfrastructureprojectsthatsupportthedepartment'sstrategicobjectivesandlong-termsustainability.

Skills and Qualifications

The current base salary range for this role is between $76,000 - $145,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
