Title: Program Manager, Instructional Design & Learning Solutions
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Duration: 15 Months
Pay Range: $60.00 - $71.94 USD hourly on W2

Position Summary
The Program Manager, Instructional Design & Learning Solutions serves as the execution lead for the design, development, production, localization, and deployment of commercial learning solutions across global therapeutic areas. This role transforms complex medical, scientific, and commercial content into engaging learning experiences that support product launches, capability building, onboarding, and ongoing learning sustainment.
Working closely with Global Commercial Learning & Development (GCL&D), Marketing, Medical Affairs, Learning Technology, affiliates, and external vendors, this individual manages the end-to-end creation and implementation of digital learning assets, workshops, videos, assessments, and learning journeys while driving quality, scalability, and innovation through emerging technologies and AI-enabled content solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end instructional design and development of digital and blended learning solutions.
Design and build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Develop self-paced eLearning modules, workshops, facilitator materials, job aids, assessments, and learning pathways.
Create and produce multimedia learning assets including AI-generated videos, simulations, and interactive content.
Translate complex scientific and commercial information into learner-centered experiences that improve knowledge, application, and performance.
Serve as primary execution lead for global product launch curricula, disease state education, product training, and competitive intelligence programs.
Manage localization and country-specific adaptation of learning assets for global affiliates.
Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Learning Technology, and affiliate teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate project timelines, review cycles, approvals, deployment activities, and vendor deliverables.
Troubleshoot content, multimedia, localization, and learning platform issues to ensure successful deployment and learner experience.
Identify process improvements and leverage AI technologies to enhance content development speed, quality, and scalability.
