Job description

At eero, our mission is to serve as the central nervous system of the home. While we began by revolutionizing home WiFi, we aim to create comprehensive solutions that serve both wireless and wired connectivity needs for customers and businesses across the globe.
The eero's Business Systems team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to own the delivery of business system automations and integrations that back eero's global operations. This role will have projects across various applications, including our ERP platform, e-commerce systems, cloud infrastructure, and CRM, and will be responsible for taking projects from discovery through launch and iteration. You will own the design and delivery of integrations that connect our ERP to dozens of external systems including 3PLs, EDI partners, payment processors, and cloud services.
You'll sit between a small engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders in Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Manufacturing Operations, and Customer Experience. You'll also be expected to get hands-on: using AI-assisted development tools and engineering workflows to prototype solutions, investigate bugs, build lightweight automations, and contribute limited code with oversight from the engineering team. This isn't a pure PM role that stays in documents and meetings. You'll work in the codebase alongside engineers when it makes sense.
The team manages hundreds of automation scripts and integrations with dozens of external systems, processing thousands of transactions daily globally. You'll lead initiatives from start to finish: writing requirements documents, managing project plans, facilitating sprint ceremonies, running weekly business reviews, and keeping delivery on track.
We're looking for someone who can work through ambiguity, turn complex business needs into clear technical requirements, coordinate across teams, and isn't afraid to open a code editor or terminal when the situation calls for it.
Key job responsibilities
Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead business systems projects end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration, managing multiple concurrent initiatives at different lifecycle stages
- Own the project lifecycle: milestone definition, sprint planning, task grooming, and capacity forecasting
- Write detailed business and technical requirements documents
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and manage launch readiness, hypercare, and support transitions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Tax, and Customer Experience teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Be the primary point of contact for stakeholder teams during active projects
- Work with external vendors and partners on integration requirements, API specifications, and implementation timelines
- Coordinate with internal Amazon teams on compliance, security reviews, and shared infrastructure
- Support international expansion initiatives by configuring business systems for new markets, including accounting, tax localization, 3PL integration, and order-to-cash processes
Technical Execution
- Understand technical architecture and integration patterns across ERP, cloud infrastructure, e-commerce, and CRM platforms
- Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype solutions, build proof-of-concepts, and validate technical approaches before handing off to engineering for production implementation
- Work with engineers to evaluate technical trade-offs, review designs, and bring a product perspective to architecture decisions
- Investigate and triage bugs in business system integrations, with the ability to read code, trace issues through logs, and propose fixes with engineer review
- Contribute code for lightweight automations, configuration changes, and scripting tasks under engineer oversight
- Drive SOX compliance and security certification initiatives across business systems, including change management controls, access management, and audit documentation
System Modernization & Reliability
- Drive migration of legacy systems and integrations to modern, scalable platforms
- Own technical debt reduction initiatives
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and testing frameworks for critical business processes
About the team
The Business Systems team builds and runs the technology that keeps eero's business moving. We own the systems behind how eero buys, sells, ships, bills, and accounts for its products globally. If a transaction touches eero's business, there's a good chance our team built the automation behind it.
We're a lean team of product managers and engineers and our work is varied. In a given quarter you might see us launching an integration with a new logistics partner, automating a month-end accounting process that used to take days, building a self-service portal for internal teams, or prototyping an AI tool that lets stakeholders query business data in plain English. We work across Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Manufacturing Operations, and Customer Experience, so you'll never be short on interesting problems or cross-functional exposure.
