The Channel Ops Technology Team is currently looking for an individual to fill the position of Tech Operations Project Manager. The Project Manager will be tasked with managing Mac demo deployment projects and will be responsible for measuring program development progress. The candidate should have a passion for Apple and technology. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently. Being extremely self-disciplined and proactive is a must for this position.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a project manager at a global company Proven ability to manage to deadlines in a fast paced environment

Proficient at managing multiple technical/ and or operations projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, across project and management teams

Excellent organizational and documentation skills

Ability to develop new strategies for new and existing projects

Positive attitude and strong interest in learning new systems and skills

Proficient in Mac OS X and iOS, Apple Apps, and Apple hardware products. Proficient in Excel and Keynote Technical project management experience is a strong plus

Job Description:

Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of one or more Channel Technology demo solutions.

Manage projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitor and report on process, progress, and results.

Coordinate with multiple teams for technical development and review deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

Respond to field technical support tickets and resolve issues

Consider localization, scalability, and ease of maintenance in all solutions.
