About the Role
As part of the global Marketing organization, the Performance Marketing B2B team is responsible for driving business growth in partnership with the product and sales teams of our enterprise businesses: Dow Jones Newswires, Factiva, and Risk & Compliance. The team runs a client centric approach focused on industries and accounts developing and activating strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, build our reputation and deepen relationships in these select industries and accounts.
In this role, you will coordinate the building, testing, and optimization of our enterprise web experience. Working closely with the Performance Marketing B2B team, you will focus on executing a responsive, reliable, and user-focused website by applying rigorous quality assurance and ongoing performance analysis. This role is perfect for a technical marketer who loves the "build" process and has a meticulous eye for detail.
This is an in-person role based in our Midtown Manhattan office, requiring on-site work three days a week and reporting to the Director of Web Experience.
You Will:
  • Leverage generative AI translation platforms to build and deploy high-quality web assets and landing pages across various CMS environments and multiple languages.
  • Execute a testing-driven approach to web production, performing rigorous quality checks and tracking user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate the standardization of build and QA processes for landing pages and web components, ensuring deliverables are fully responsive and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor and enforce build guidelines and quality assurance protocols to ensure consistency across all digital properties.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to translate production briefs into functional web assets, ensuring all elements meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • Support efficient, repeatable workflows that integrate quality control at every stage of the production lifecycle.
  • Manage the implementation of A/B testing initiatives and user journey validations to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Maintain technical documentation for web components and site enhancements to ensure smooth hand-offs and future scalability.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in web production, digital project management, or a related field, with a strong background in hands-on web builds and QA.
  • A Bachelor's degree in web development, digital production, marketing technology, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in executing complex web production projects and implementing multi-device QA processes.
  • Expert-level proficiency working with content management systems (CMS), web publishing workflows, and testing/QA tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Google Optimize).
  • A solid understanding of web production best practices, including SEO basics, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production timelines and communicate effectively between technical and marketing stakeholders.
  • Intermediate knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
  • A passion for "pixel-perfect" delivery and an obsession with site performance and user experience.
  • Familiarity with leveraging generative AI tools and prompt frameworks to optimize day-to-day production, localization, and quality assurance workflows.
