Job Title: Creative Strategy & Digital Production Manager
Location: East Hannover, NJ 07936 (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days/week)
Duration: 6-12+ Months Contract
Role Description:
- The Creative Strategy & Digital Production Manager is responsible for driving the creative execution, oversee production of digital assets, and operational delivery of commercial content and digital experiences across pharmaceutical brands. This role combines creative strategy, campaign execution, and digital production coordination to ensure impactful, customer-centric, and compliant engagement across omnichannel channels.
- Serving as a key partner to Brand Marketing, Omnichannel, Medical, Regulatory, Creative Agencies, and Production Teams, the role translates business objectives into compelling creative solutions while overseeing end-to-end digital content production and deployment. The individual will champion creative excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable content production models that accelerate commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
You will be responsible for:
- Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Partner with brand and commercial teams to develop creative strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and omnichannel engagement plans.
- Lead creative brief development and guide agencies and production teams through concept ideation and execution.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and customer experience across all channels and touchpoints.
- Evaluate creative effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on customer insights, engagement data, and market trends.
- Drive innovation in content formats, interactive experiences, video, social media, and emerging digital engagement channels.
- Digital Production & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end digital production planning, execution, and delivery across commercial marketing programs.
- Manage digital asset production workflows, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee production of websites, landing pages, emails, digital banners, interactive content, videos, and omnichannel assets.
- Coordinate with development, UX, content, and deployment teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure assets are optimized for channel-specific requirements, customer journeys, and performance objectives.
- Establish production standards, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes.
- Omnichannel Content Operations
- Partner with omnichannel teams to align content production with customer engagement strategies.
- Support content deployment across CRM, email, websites, social, paid media, and customer engagement platforms.
- Manage content calendars, production roadmaps, and launch readiness activities.
- Coordinate content localization and adaptation for global and regional markets.
- Drive content supply chain optimization to improve speed-to-market and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between commercial stakeholders, creative agencies, and production partners.
- Lead creative reviews, campaign planning sessions, production governance meetings, and executive updates.
- Manage agency relationships, scope, performance, budgets, and resource planning.
- Facilitate alignment across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, technology, and operations teams.
- Influence senior stakeholders on creative direction, production priorities, and investment decisions.
About you:
Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Digital Production, Marketing Operations, or Omnichannel Marketing
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading agency relationships and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
