Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Minimum 812+ years of experience in SAP Concur implementations with strong hands-on expertise in Concur Expense, ExpenseIt, Concur Request, and Audit (Oversight optional)
Proven experience leading end-to-end global or multi-country Concur rollouts, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
Strong knowledge of expense policies, approval workflows, VAT/tax handling, per diems, mileage, and card programs
Experience working with S/4 HANA and HR integrations in a global enterprise landscape
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead functional design workshops and requirement validation sessions with global and regional stakeholders
Own Concur Expense configuration, including policies, expense types, audit rules, approval workflows, and localization
Guide and review functional specifications for integrations and enhancements
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities across regions
Provide functional leadership to offshore functional consultants
Act as the primary functional point of contact
Ensure solution alignment with global travel & expense governance standards
Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate risks or issues proactively
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners
Salary Range: $94,000 - $120,000 a year
