Job description

Position Summary The Senior Field Marketing Specialist (East) at Motive is responsible for executing high-impact field marketing programs that drive pipeline, support revenue goals, and strengthen engagement with prospects and customers across priority Eastern regions. This role is designed for a strong operator who can manage events, coordinate cross-functional programs, and help bring go-to-market strategies to life through effective in-market execution tailored to the East region.

This individual plays an important role in supporting Motive's field marketing efforts by delivering exceptional event experiences, managing campaign logistics, and partnering closely with East Coast Sales leaders and broader Marketing stakeholders. The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Execution: Support the planning and execution of field marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, and opportunity acceleration. 
  • Event Management: Execute regional events, trade shows, hosted experiences, customer programs, webinars, sponsorships, and other market-facing initiatives aligned to regional business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Field Marketing leadership, East Sales teams, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment and execution excellence.
  • Logistics & Operations: Manage event logistics including timelines, vendors, registration processes, attendee communications, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Campaign Localization: Help localize and activate campaigns for specific East sub-regions, industries, accounts, or target audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Coordinate sales enablement and attendee engagement activities before, during, and after events to improve program effectiveness across the East sales org.
  • Performance Tracking: Track program performance and provide reporting on key metrics such as registrations, attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and follow-up progress.
  • Admin & Support: Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management for assigned programs and events.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain project plans and execution workflows to ensure field marketing initiatives are delivered on time, at a high standard, and contribute to scalable playbooks.
  • Collaboration: Serve as a reliable point of coordination across internal teams and external partners to keep programs on track and aligned to goals.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, campaign execution, or go-to-market program support.
  • Strong experience planning and executing events, regional marketing programs, or customer-facing initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record supporting regional sales teams (experience supporting multi-regional sales territories is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality execution against deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to solve problems quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track results and apply learnings to future programs.
  • Ability to balance independent execution with close collaboration across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting trade shows, hosted events, roadshows, or regional campaign programs.
  • Familiarity with field marketing operations, event technology, lead management, and post-event follow-up processes.
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) or sales-aligned campaign execution.
  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, logistics, operations, or related B2B industries.
