We are looking for a Class A CDL truck driver that can operate in a safe and timely manner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials and finished goods by way of flat bed trucks and trailers to jobsites and possibly other manufacture facilities.
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
  • Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts.
  • Input "macros" into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process.
  • Comply with all state and federal rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions and manifest.
  • Report defects, accidents, or violations.
  • When needed drive crane(Boom trucks) to or from jobsites.
  • Operator automatic and manual vehicles.
  • Loads depends on need at our own jobsites.
Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a class A CDL driver.
  • Hands on experience with GPS, etc.
  • Ability to drive long hours and travel locally regulations.
  • Ability to handle driving in the city along with highway travel.
  • No recent moving or driving violations.
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, and etc.)
  • Valid CDL Class A license (without restrictions)
  • Endorsements are a plus but not required.
