Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Postal Affairs Manager to oversee all aspects of our U.S. and Canadian mailing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of our print products while supporting internal teams and external partners across North America.

As the main point of contact for USPS and Canada Post, you will manage postal compliance, lead cost-optimization strategies, and maintain seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay current on USPS and Canada Post regulations and ensure compliance across all mailings, including PostalOne! submissions (US) and EST/CPC requirements (Canada)
  • Oversee mail preparation, entry, and in-home delivery tracking across both countries
  • Identify and apply postal discounts and incentive programs (e.g., EDDM, Saturation, Neighbourhood Mail, Personalized Mail)
  • Monitor address quality using tools like CASS, NCOA, and SERP, and work closely with external vendors to ensure mailing list compliance and data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot mailing issues and lead resolution efforts in coordination with postal services
  • Collaborate with Production, Client Support, and Sales teams to align on timelines and expectations
