About the Role
We are looking for caring, motivated individuals with a passion for helping others and making an impact. In this role, you will reach out to constituents of non-profit organizations — including members, past donors, and visitors — to share updates, build meaningful connections, and invite them to support the causes they care about through contributions. Every conversation you have directly supports missions that change lives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sensitive donor information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Meet daily/weekly production goals while maintaining a positive donor experience
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback
  • Represent each non-profit with integrity, enthusiasm, and respect
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — friendly, professional, and persuasive
  • Ability to listen actively while entering information quickly and accurately
  • Basic computer skills: typing, navigating browsers, and simple online platforms
  • A team player who can also work independently in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working toward performance targets
  • Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred
Work-from-Home Requirements
  • Must be willing to come in office for training
  • Quiet, consistent, and professional home workspace
  • Ability to maintain reliability and focus while working remotely
  • Company equipment can be provided upon request (deposit required)
  • Ability to perform simple IT troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed
Job Types
  • Part-time
Schedule
  • Evening shifts (Monday–Friday)
  • Afternoon shifts (Monday-Friday)
  • Flexible availability between 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Benefits
  • Flexible scheduling to balance work and life
  • Paid training with ongoing coaching and skill development
  • Paid time off for eligible employees
  • Holiday Pay amp; Sick Pay
  • Supplemental Insurance options through Aflac are offered at a 35% discount
  • Work-from-home convenience — no commute, more comfort
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
  • Recognition for high performance and contributions to client success
Why Join Us?
When you join our team, you’re not just making calls — you’re helping non-profits keep their doors open, fund their programs, and continue their missions. Every conversation you have matters. If you’re passionate about helping others, enjoy meaningful work, and want the flexibility of working from home, this role is the perfect fit.
Work Location: Remote but must live close enough to do training in office.
