Job description

Mission Restoration is hiring telemarketers and appointment setters to help generate roofing and storm restoration leads throughout the state.

This role focuses on contacting homeowners, qualifying storm damage opportunities, and setting appointments for our restoration specialists.

Most homeowners we work with are already aware they may have roof damage from recent storms, we specialize in helping guide them through the insurance claims process and getting their restoration work covered by homeowners insurance.

You’ll work directly with our field and restoration teams to generate qualified appointments and keep the pipeline moving.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 11AM–7PM

Pay Structure

  • $18-$20/hr DOE
    • $25 for every additional appointment set each day

Average Earnings

  • Average reps: ~$55,000/year (3 appointments/day)
  • Proficient reps: ~$64,000+/year (5 appointments/day)

What You’ll Do

  • Call storm-affected neighborhoods on an auto dialer
  • Generate appointments for roofing inspections
  • Work as a team around active projects
  • Talk with homeowners and identify qualified opportunities

What We’re Looking For
