New Car Sales Manager Job Summary: You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team with a focus on customer service and obtaining objectives.

New Car Sales Manager Job Requirements: As a key member of our management team, you must be personable, highly motivated, and driven to exceed expectations related to customer service and business development.

The ideal candidate will meet these requirements:

  • Assisting sales consultants in closing deals
  • Forecasting goals and projecting levels of productivity
  • Providing and inspiring customer service excellence
  • Administering and monitoring factory-sponsored programs
  • Managing staff members and mentoring new consultants

  • GM Dealership is a plus, but not required
