Sales Project Advisor - Job Description


The Project Sales Advisor is responsible for learning and applying the Certified Contracts Network (CCN) Selling Systems and applying it to B2C in-home sales for roofing and solar installation.


Your primary mission is to demonstrate to the client (using the CCN system), that the services offered by Mr. Roofing are of better value than those offered by our competition. Youll be responsible for achieving specific sales goals and objectives. A successful individual will have a thorough understanding of the market they serve, as well as empathy for their clients & strategic feedback from your in-house team.

Must Haves:

  • High School Degree/GED.
  • 1 year of B2C sales experience.
  • Comfortable with heights and ability to climb a ladder.
  • Intermediate to expert computer skills/knowledge.
  • A vehicle to get to and from appointments.


Nice to Have:

  • Drone piloting experience.
  • In-home sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction, remodeling, home improvement, roofing or solar.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.


The Schedule: Continuing-education in any sales process is key to long-term success.

  • Weekly 2-hr training meetings, required attendance.
  • Additional weekly advanced training (In office, in the field, and remotely).
  • 5 Appointment availability (Mon-Fri), via an organized Outlook calendar.
  • Weekly submissions of projects / coordination with our production department.
  • Monthly quality control meetings (2) to review work with our production department.

Support: A dedicated sales manager, production department, and admin. team are here to help you learn, sell, and complete your projects. Third party training, job-costing, and measuring services are available to assist.

  • Training pay while on-boarding then full commission. Salespersons are expected to sell $1,000,000 per year at minimum (with a 10% commission structure; 5% advance & 5% upon completion). Top performers sell well over $2,000,000 annually.
  • Medical benefits available after 90 days of employment.
  • Bi-monthly paycheck, W-2 employee.
  • Revenue-based, profit-based, & customer satisfaction-based bonus structures are tied to sales on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Mileage and some expenses reimbursed.
