Job description

We are seeking a Print/Mail Office Services Manager - Legal to join our team at IST Management Services in Denver, CO! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in management and customer service. We are committed to both excellence for our clients and upward mobility for our employees.

Hourly Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.  No nights or weekends!

The Print/Mail Office Services Manager will manage the operations by supporting the on-site production print, mail and receiving operations for the location. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Production Print - Deliver the highest quality printing in a timely manner
  • Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
  • Shipping/Receiving Services – Receive and send overnight packages
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Reporting - Capture volumes on a daily basis, review monthly billing and confirm accuracy of monthly report
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees

Ideal candidates must have excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills. Additional qualifications include: 

  • Prior print production and supervisor experience preferred
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; authorization to work for any employer in the US is required
