Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Systems Data Coordinator for a fantastic company (great foot in the door) to support the accuracy and integrity of client, contact, account, and project-related data across multiple business systems. This role is responsible for reviewing and resolving duplicate records, processing data updates, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting internal teams by ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and readily available for business operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large volumes of data while collaborating with marketing, business development, accounting, and project teams.
Pay: $18-$19 an hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and resolve duplicate records involving clients, customers, accounts, and contacts within internal systems.
  • Monitor and manage data-quality queues to ensure records remain current, complete, and accurate.
  • Process updates to client, contact, and account information based on requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews of contact lists and related records before information is transferred or synchronized across systems.
  • Research discrepancies, identify inconsistencies, and make informed recommendations for data corrections.
  • Collaborate with team members regarding data management procedures, duplicate record resolution, and information updates.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across business platforms and databases.
  • Assist with additional data maintenance, reporting, and marketing systems support activities as needed.
  • Follow established data governance standards and best practices to ensure information integrity.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry, database maintenance, CRM administration, administrative support, or business operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to compare records, identify discrepancies, and make sound judgment when evaluating conflicting information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while recognizing when issues require escalation.
