Do you bring at least at least 15 years of construction project management experience including 8+ years of Design-Build construction project management experience in a design-build environment? To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years successful industry experience with at least 5 years handling accounts from $10 to $250 million+. A bachelor's degree in an industry-related field is required. You must be able to effectively prioritize and balance big picture & immediate responsibilities; listen effectively and value the opinions of others & acknowledge contributions of others; train, manage, and hold staff accountable to get results consistent with corporate plans; recognize, select, and hire top talent at the appropriate time; and develop talent to all levels within construction operations. You need a solid understanding of the local construction market and ability to effectively negotiate construction contracts to Ryan's best business and legal interest. You must have a proven ability to manage team successful & profitably and lead & develop people. Resolving issues promptly for a 'win-win' solution is required

  • Coordinate with market sector leads to balance workload, responsibility, and integration between sector and region talent

  • Align Regional and Divisional priorities with peers to ensure high levels of execution, accountability and consistency.
