HVAC Technician -- New Construction -Warranty Work

Location: Austin, TX
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
Pay:$20-26/hr based on experience + OT & Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs per manufacturer and company standards
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, replacing defective components under warranty
  • Document work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with customers about warranty coverage, repair processes, and maintenance recommendations
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely task completion
  • Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and workspaces
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
