Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Construction General Laborer to support our installation crews across residential jobsites. In this role, you'll help load and transport materials - including flooring, doors, and stair components - to various delivery sites, install temporary railings in homes, and provide hands-on support to installers throughout the workday. This is a support role, not a lead or supervisory position; you'll work under the direction of installers and site leads, helping keep projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate shows up consistently, works hard, and represents the company professionally on every site.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Load and unload flooring, door, and stair materials onto/off trucks
  • Transport materials to different delivery and installation sites
