Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Manage day-to-day coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and code requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, owners, inspectors, and local officials
• Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite documentation
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Assist with problem-solving, sequencing, and field coordination to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite


Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M to $5M+
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain accountability on site
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
