Overview
Local Retail Remodel Laborer
SPAR is hiring dependable, hardworking local team members to support retail reset/remodel projects at stores in your area.
If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and have experience using basic hand tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Schedule
Day Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What You'll Do
  • Planogram experience and ability to merchandise product
  • Perform physical construction and reset work in retail stores
  • Install and modify steel pallet racking and retail shelving systems
  • Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
  • Update signage and shelf conditions
  • Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Qualifications
  • Ability to work daytime shifts (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working up to 16 feet off the ground when required
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience using basic hand tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to the local job site
  • Valid driver's license preferred
