The Role: As aSenior Project Estimator, you will play a critical role in shaping projects at their earliest and most influential stage. Youll lead estimating efforts for complex commercial construction projects, partnering closely with project teams, designers, trade partners, and owners to develop thoughtful, accurate, and competitive estimates.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the estimating process for assigned projects from conceptualestimatesthrough final bidding
  • Develop complete scopes of work, quantity takeoffs, and detailed cost analyses
  • Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing
  • Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract requirements to identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Project Management, Field Operations, Safety, and Business Development teams
  • Participate inand help leadpreconstruction meetings with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Mentor and supportestimators with varying levels of experience
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and best practices

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex estimates
  • Experience reviewing frontend specifications and contract language
  • Proficiency with estimating and project management tools
  • Strong communication skills and professional judgment
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
