Golden Years Homestead is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our senior living community safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in facilities maintenance. Training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders and basic maintenance tasks
  • Assist with repairs, painting, floor care, and building upkeep
  • Support groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor maintenance
  • Help maintain supplies and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
