Job description

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing company focused on making buildings better. We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants. The Facility Condition Assessor will support facility documentation and asset data collection efforts using mySiteIQ, SitelogIQ’s digital facilities platform. This entry-level role focuses on capturing, validating, and maintaining accurate information about buildings, spaces, and physical assets. The position is ideal for candidates who are interested in facilities, building systems, and digital tools.

The hourly pay range for this role is $25–$30. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the role’s location and the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

This position is also eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.

Facility Technician Responsibilities:

Β· Use mySiteIQ to document facilities, spaces, and building assets accurately and consistently

Β· Perform on-site walkthroughs to collect asset and space data, equipment details, photos, and location information

Β· Identify and tag building systems and equipment (Interior finishes, exterior envelope, grounds and site, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) within mySiteIQ

Β· Verify existing facility and asset information and update records as needed

Β· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure data quality and completeness

Β· Follow established standards and workflows for data collection and documentation

Β· Assist with basic troubleshooting or clarification of asset/system information during fieldwork

Β· Maintain organized records and communicate progress or issues clearly to the project team

Facility Technician Qualifications:

Β· Pursuing or in possession of a technical degree (associate or equivalent) in a related field such as facilities management, engineering technology, HVAC, mechanical systems, construction management or similar

Β· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes

Β· Comfort using mobile devices, tablets, and software applications in a field environment

Β· Ability to work on-site in active facilities, including walking, standing, and accessing equipment areas

Β· Basic understanding of building systems or willingness to learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications
