Business Development Representative – McLarty Daniel CDJRF

Springdale, AR | Competitive Pay + Bonuses | Inbound & Outbound Sales

Are you the kind of person who thrives on conversations, loves making connections, and gets a little thrill when you turn a lead into a real opportunity? If so, McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT of Springdale wants YOU to join our Business Development team!

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls, texts, and internet inquiries with a friendly, professional approach
Make outbound calls to potential customers—don’t worry, we’ll provide the leads!
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but haven’t taken the plunge yet
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM (customer management system) in tip-top shape
Be a key part of our customer experience, making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued

What We’re Looking For

Someone with strong communication skills—you can keep a convo flowing effortlessly
A friendly, confident voice that makes people want to keep talking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (calls, emails, chats—you got this!)
Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
Comfortable making outbound calls—we’ll train you on everything else
