We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are inspired and motivated to work smart and work hard in a team environment. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.
We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of customers. Our main priority is hiring drivers that we can trust to drive safely, deliver on schedule and of the highest quality.

Job Description

Become a Delivery Associate with BoxDash Logistics!

We operate out of New Windsor, NY.

  • Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking up/down stairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and deliver packages safely and punctually.
  • You can plan on working 4 days a week, in a maximum 10 hour shift starting in the late morning and ending at night. Please also be prepared to work at least one weekend day every week.
  • Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
  • Solve in the moment problems using critical thinking skills.
  • Strive to have a positive can-do attitude.
  • Operate a cellular device for GPS, inspecting work vehicles, tracking driving behaviors, scanning packages, taking pictures of packages at their delivery location, calling customers regarding their deliveries, and communicating with supervisors as well as other team members.
  • You will interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
    Qualifications
    • Be 21 years of age or older.
    • Have a valid Drivers License (CDL is not required).
    • Consent to a drug test and background check.
    • Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle).
    • Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and / or stretch throughout a 10 hour shift.
    • Ability to lift, push, pull and move packages up to 50 pounds.
    • Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions and other on-the-road stresses.
    • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexible with work schedule including working weekends, evenings, and holidays
