Job description

This position is designated as SES, Career-Reserved. USDA structures its SES positions into position levels. This is a position level I with a salary range of $192,332 to $204,121 per year. Exceptions to the salary cap may be considered in certain circumstances. SES employees are also eligible to receive bonuses and performance-based awards. Describe your demonstrated technical expertise in managing a large, complex portfolio of performing and non-performing direct single family housing loans, including the application of multi-jurisdictional foreclosure laws and oversight of large-scale procurement activities for legal services supporting foreclosure, bankruptcy, liquidation, and related servicing activities.
